Complaints and disputes regulation

Friedberg & Mahn advocaten has internal complaints regulations and adheres to the Complaints & Arbitration Rules for the Legal Profession [Klachten- en Geschillenregeling Advocatuur]. Any disputes, which arise as a result of the services we provide, will be settled according to the Regulations governing the Disputes Committee for the Legal Profession [Reglement Geschillencommissie Advocatuur]. Those regulations provide for arbitration, on the understanding that a binding advice can also be requested in certain cases. The Disputes Committee is authorised to judge disputes up to a maximum amount of € 10,000.00.
